The $129 a room special adheres to the following terms and conditions:
- Minimum of two (2) 12×12 rooms with 8’ ceilings.
- The two rooms must be the same color.
- The price includes one coat of paint on the walls.
- Ceilings and baseboards are not included.
- Depending on the job size and paint type chosen.
